This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Facesoma, operated by Facesoma(“Facesoma,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a report you agree to this policy.
1. What you're buying
Facesoma sells a single, one-time digital product: an AI-generated facial beauty report. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Each payment unlocks exactly one report, which is generated and delivered to your browser within seconds of payment.
2. Cancellations
Because each purchase is a one-time payment for a single report (not a subscription), there is nothing to cancel after the report is generated. If you change your mind before a report has been generated, simply do not proceed — you will not be charged again, and any unused credit expires on its own.
3. Refunds
Our report is a digital service that is delivered instantly. As a result, payments are generally non-refundable once a report has been successfully generated and delivered. That said, we want you treated fairly, so we will issue a refund in the following cases:
- Technical failure. You were charged but, due to a technical error on our side, no report was generated or delivered. We refund 100%.
- Duplicate or accidental charge. You were charged more than once for the same report, or charged in error. We refund the duplicate/erroneous amount.
- Non-delivery. Payment succeeded but you never received a report and could not generate one within the access window. We refund 100%.
4. How to request a refund
Email admin@facesoma.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference / order ID and a short description of the issue. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet) via our payment processor. Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
